We take care of everything, from finding the right tenant; to rent collection, organising maintenance, keeping the property up to date with the relevant safety checks. When something goes wrong the tenant will call us and it will be dealt with by Launceston Lettings without disrupting you.
We are locally based in Launceston and we primarily operate within PL15. This allows us to respond quickly to urgent maintenance or social problems to keep everything under control. The majority of maintenance is done in house by us, if we require specialist help, we have great connections with closely trusted tradesmen, leaving you with the peace of mind your property is kept up to the mark.
We like to keep things simple yet effective, therefore we charge a set commission of the monthly rental income with no further hidden fees.
